Direct Care Staff (Residential Child Care)

Direct Care Staff provide supervision, guidance, and daily support to youth in our residential program. Staff help maintain a structured, safe, and therapeutic environment while following Texas Minimum Standards and trauma-informed care practices. This role focuses on supporting youth with daily routines, emotional regulation, behavior guidance, and life-skills development.

Required Training & Certifications

To ensure the highest level of care, our staff complete required training programs provided by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.

These trainings help caregivers understand trauma-informed care, youth development, and appropriate medical support.

Psychotropic Medication Training
